Temporary tattoo transfers for use as cosmetics are non-permanent images or designs applied to the skin resembling real tattoos for beautification or improvement of one's appearance. Decalcomanias and transfers in the nature of temporary or removable tattoos are classified in Class 16 when not for use as cosmetics.
