These goods are classified in Class 6 based on the wording "certain dispensing apparatus of metal, automatic or non-automatic, for example, towel dispensers, queue ticket dispensers, dispensers for dog waste bags, toilet paper dispensers," in the Class 6 Nice Explanatory Note. Generally, under Nice 12-2023, dispensers are considered storage containers for holding items and dispensing them, as needed.
