Pursuant to the addition of "sex toys" in Class 10 of the Nice Classification, Tenth edition, version 2015, effective 01-01-2015, this identification is acceptable in Class 10. Further specification of the particular form or nature of the goods by its generic name is acceptable, but it is not required. Under NCL 10-2015, the designation, "sex toys," in Class 10 may encompass apparatus that function for direct stimulation, as well as goods that do not function for direct stimulation, e.g., handcuffs.
