Class 11 includes valves for plumbing and heating and cooling installations regardless of material composition. If not for these purposes, note that manually operated metal valves are in Class 6; valves being machine parts and engine valves for vehicles and machinery are in Class 7; automatic control valves are in Class 9; rubber, manually operated valves are in Class 17 and plastic, manually operated valves are in Class 20.
