11-19-2012 - These goods are primarily in the nature of pistols for launching flares, and therefore they are classified in Class 13 with the Pistols rather than Class 11 with the Flares. On 01-01-2018, the term "Flares" was deleted from Class 11 because it is overbroad under Nice 11-2018. Acetylene flares for lighting is acceptable wording in Class 11.
