These goods are traditionally made from paper, cardboard or plastic and intended to be used to package small party gifts, and are comparable to the "Boxes of cardboard or paper" in Class 16 of the Nice Alphabetical List. Further justifying classification in Class 16 is the Class Heading "paper, cardboard and goods made from these materials" and "plastic materials for packaging." 01-01-2016: Under Nice 10-2016, the wording "and good made from these materials, not included in other classes" was deleted from the Class Heading for Class 16. The Nice Class Headings and Explanatory Notes are set forth in TMEP §1401.02(a).
