Reading guide strips are long strips with transparent lines that are placed and moved over text to assist readers in concentrating during reading. They are classified in Class 16 by analogy to "instructional and teaching materials," which appear in the Nice Class 16 Heading, and to "bookmarks" and "school supplies," which both appear in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 16.
