06-13-2013. Under the Nice Agreement, unprocessed artificial resins are classified in Class 1, raw natural resins are classified in Class 2, and semi-processed resins are classified in Class 17. Identifications for resins in Class 17 that indicate the specific semi-finished form(s) of the resins (e.g., pellets, bars, rods, sheets, tubes, etc.) do not require additional wording to indicate that the goods are "semi-processed."
