Plastics in extruded form is included in the Class 17 Heading and refers to plastics in semi-finished forms, such as bars, blocks, pellets, rods, sheets and tubes, for use in further manufacturing. To justify classification in Class 17, the identification should indicate either the semi-processed nature of the plastic or its use in further manufacturing.
