These goods are small and portable and feature a loop or fastener. These special characteristics make them suited for attachment to leashes. "Dog waste bag dispensers adapted for use with leashes" appears in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 18. They are classified in Class 18 because "leashes…for animals" is in the Nice Class 18 Heading.
