Pet water fountains being dishes, also called "pet fountains," are electrically-operated pet dishes that continuously circulate a fixed supply of water that has been poured into the dishes. They do not attach to a water supply like Class 11 water fountains. They are classified in Class 21 by analogy to "pet feeding bowls, automatic," which appears in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 21.
