01-07-2010 - These game machines are self-contained. They are not used with an external screen or monitor. If they require use with an external screen or monitor, they should be in Class 9. 05-01-2014 - Under the 10th Edition of the Nice Agreement, effective 01-01-2012, all game apparatus are classified in Class 28 because 'Games and playthings' are in the Class 28 Heading. The classification of electronic game apparatus no longer depends on whether the goods are for use with an external display screen or monitor.
