06-20-2013 - Although services involving provision of general purpose facilities, such as convention centers and exhibition halls, are classified in Class 43, services involving provision of specialized facilities/facilities for a particular purpose are classified according to the intended purpose. In this case, business meetings "help in the working or management of a commercial undertaking," see the Class 35 Heading, and serve a business-related purpose.
