The word "agency/agencies" is required in the import/export IDs, because import and export agencies are businesses that assist in arranging for the shipping of goods for others, but do not actually provide transportation services themselves. IDs such as "import and export services" or "importing and exporting goods of others" would be indefinite, because the IDs are broad enough to encompass the transportation of goods in Class 39.
