Rental of pastures refers to rental of plots of lands that are used for grazing. Rental services are in principle classified in the same classes as the services provided by means of the rented objects. See Nice General Remarks in TMEP §1401.02(a). Rental of pastures are classified in Class 36 by analogy to "rental of real estate" in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 36. "Rental of pastures" appears in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 36.
