官方备注
Printed photographic restoration services involve the physical restoration of photographs and not a digital or computerized restoration process. Restoration of printed photographs is in Class 37 based on "services involving the restoration of objects to their original condition or their preservation without altering their physical... properties" in the Nice Class 37 Explanatory Note and by analogy to "restoration of works of art" in the Explanatory Note and Nice Alphabetical List in Class 37. "Restoration of printed photographs" appears in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 37. "Digital restoration services of photographic images" are in Class 42.
