Rental services are in principle classified in the same classes as the services provided by means of the rented objects. See Nice General Remarks in TMEP §1401.02(a). Atmospheric diving suits are diving suits that permit a diver to remain at atmospheric pressure while operating in water at high pressure. These services are classified in Class 39 by analogy to “rental services related to transport” in the Class 39 Nice Explanatory Note. "Rental of atmospheric diving suits" appears in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 39.
