Non-downloadable directory publications are the online versions of publications in the nature of directories that list names, contact information and other information typically contained in a directory. Unlike the "web directory services" which are classified in Class 35 as business information services, online directory publications are classified in Class 41 because they are publications provided online via the Internet.
