The term "distribution," as it is used in this ID Manual entry, refers to the activity of making the television show available to television stations for display to the public. The television show is returned to the producer after the display. The term "distribution" does not refer to telecommunications services, distributorship services, retail or wholesale store services, or transportation of hard goods, such as DVDs featuring television shows. Please see TMEP §1402.11(f).
