06-20-2013 - Banquet and social function facilities are general purpose facilities, which may be used for a variety of purposes such as wedding receptions, retirement parties, or high school proms. Although rental of general purpose facilities, such as convention centers and exhibition halls, is classified in Class 43, rental of specialized facilities/facilities for a particular purpose is classified according to purposes, e.g., rental of telecommunications facilities in Class 38; rental of stadium facilities in Class 41.
