Rental services are in principle classified in the same classes as the services provided by means of the rented objects. See Nice General Remarks in TMEP §1401.02(a). Rental of sleeping bags is classified in Class 43 because sleeping bags are used in association with the provision of "temporary accommodation," which appears in the Nice Class 43 Heading.
