Identifications for wellness events must indicate the specific service activity performed at the wellness events in order to limit the identification to a single class, provide public notice, and enable the USPTO to reach informed judgments concerning likelihood of confusion the Trademark Act. See TMEP §1402.01. Medical screening is acceptable wording; further specification is acceptable, but it is not required.
