06-20-2013 - Although services involving provision of general purpose facilities, such as convention centers and exhibition halls, are classified in Class 43, services involving provision of specialized facilities/facilities for a particular purpose are classified according to the intended purpose. In this case, long-term care facilities generally provide medical services and serve a medical purpose. Therefore, providing long-term care facilities is classified in Class 44.
