06-20-2013 - Although services involving provision of general purpose facilities, such as convention centers and exhibition halls, are classified in Class 43, services involving provision of specialized facilities/facilities for a particular purpose are classified according to the intended purpose. In this case, fixed toilet facilities serve hygienic purposes, see the Class 44 Heading and Explanatory Note. Therefore, providing fixed toilet facilities is classified in Class 44.
