06-20-2013 - Although services involving provision of general purpose facilities, such as convention centers and exhibition halls, are classified in Class 43, services involving provision of specialized facilities/facilities for a particular purpose are classified according to the intended purpose. In this case, wedding ceremonies are personal services "provided to individuals in relation with...matrimonial services," see the Class 45 Heading. Therefore, providing facilities for wedding ceremonies is classified in Class 45.
