On 01-01-2023, this 10-11-2018 entry was deleted because the Nice Alphabetical List entry "hoods for vehicles" in Class 12, which serves as the basis for this entry, has been changed in the Nice Alphabetical List to "hoods [folding roofs] for vehicles / tops [folding roofs] for vehicles." This wording is no longer acceptable. The use of brackets in the Nice Alphabetical List entry "hoods [folding roofs] for vehicles / tops [folding roofs] for vehicles" does not comply with USPTO policy set forth in TMEP §1402.12. Therefore, this wording was replaced by "Fitted covers for vehicle folding roof hoods" in Class 12. See also the existing entry for "Fitted covers for vehicle engine hoods" in Class 12.
