On 1-1-13, the 04-02-1991 entry was deleted. Effective Jan. 1, 2013, the wording "Appliques [haberdashery]" appears in the Nice Alphabetical List. Although the word "appliques" appears to be used in the U.S. marketplace to describe both clothing ornaments in Class 26 and decals in Class 16, the meaning of the word "appliques" is limited to Class 26 goods for classification purposes. Therefore, this entry is being deleted because the wording is confusing.
