3-25-10 - This item was transferred from Class 37. Shipbuilding is in Class 37 because ships are analogous to buildings - they are large and perform a function. Yachts are more analogous to boats and the building of a yacht is more in the nature of a custom manufacture service in Class 40. The words "to the order and specification of others" was added to the 7-16-09 entry to make it qualify the service in Class 40.
