On 3-15-12, this 04-29-10 entry was modified to change the wording "where users can post" to the current language. This change eliminates the confusion of this service with the Class 42 service that enables users to perform a task at/on a website. The latter is in Class 42 because it is primarily a technology service. On 02-18-2016, this 03-15-2012 entry was deleted because it is confusing. The nature of the services being rendered for others is unclear, and the wording "Providing a website for entertainment purposes…" is misleading as to the justification for classification. Services are generally classified according to nature of the activity, not its overall purpose.
