These Class 29 fungal extracts for use as ingredients of nutritional supplements and vitamins are sold as separate ingredients or components for use in making nutritional supplements and vitamins. Please note that fungal extracts sold as a component ingredient of nutritional supplements and vitamins would be classified in Class 5. When a mark identifies a component or ingredient sold as a part of the finished product, the component or ingredient is classified in the class of the finished product. SEE TMEP §1402.05(a).
