01-09-2014: "Sauces" in Class 30 are in the nature of condiments. The Class 30 Class Heading includes "sauces (condiments)" and the Nice Alphabetical List include "sauces [condiments]" in Class 30. Please note that the identification "Sauces" excludes "cranberry sauce" and "applesauce" which are classified in Class 29. 01-01-2018 - Under Nice 11-2018, cranberry sauce and applesauce are classified in Class 30 because the goods are considered condiments by the Nice Committee of Experts.
