Under Nice 11-2019, identifications for 3D printing must specify that the services are custom or are performed for others, or similar wording, to indicate that the services are performed for the benefit of third parties. This service refers to the process of creating or building three-dimensional solid objects from a digital model by laying down successive layers of material. Custom 3D printing for others is acceptable wording; further specification is acceptable, but it is not required. 01-01-2025 - Effective 01-01-2025, identifications for 3D printing must specify the goods being produced.
