06-20-2013 - Although services involving provision of general purpose facilities, such as convention centers and exhibition halls, are classified in Class 43, services involving provision of specialized facilities/facilities for a particular purpose are classified according to the intended purpose. In this case, recreational activities serve an entertainment or amusement-related purpose. Therefore, providing facilities for recreational activities is classified in Class 41. Applicants may specify the type of recreational activities, but it is not required.
