12-01-2016 - When used in singular form, "chicken," "turkey," "pheasant" and "quail" are acceptable identifications in Class 29 based on the wording "meat, fish, poultry and game" in the Class 29 Heading. However, in the plural form, "chickens," "turkeys," "pheasants" and "quails" are indefinite and overbroad because the identifications encompass live animals in Class 31.
