03-20-2014: Domain name registration services are the services of domain registry operators, ICANN-accredited domain name registrars and their authorized re-sellers involving the reservation of particular Internet addresses on a given top-level domain. These services do not include the technological activities of domain registry operators, which are computer services in Class 42. "Domain registry operator services" is acceptable wording in Class 42 that should only be used by entities or persons who have entered into a currently-valid Registry Agreement with ICANN.
